Web: Google Web Fonts
Google Web Fonts is a directory of web fonts that can be embedded to your website in a few easy steps. This service, like pretty much everything else on Google, is totally free and it’s a real goldmine for anyone (web designer, developer, freelancer or blogger) looking to give their website an edge with beautiful typography.
Art: Kaycee
Kaycee (Kayceeus on DeviantART) is an American artist who uses photomanipulation to create gorgeous paintings. Her artworks, usually featuring a character in an enchanting surrealistic setting, are filled with rich textures and vibrant colors that carry us into another world. So make sure to check out her gallery to see more of her splendid work.
Photo: Jan Scholz
Jan Scholz is a German photographer currently located in Belgium. His specialty is portrait and fashion photography which he started as a hobby in 2006. Since then, he built an impressive portfolio of emotive portraits. Hit his gallery to see his beautiful photographs.
Freebie: Free St. Valentine’s Icon Set
Smashing Magazine is distributing for this special time of the year a set of St. Valentine themed icons in PSD and PNG formats. Those nice icons were created by Cuberto.
Web App: Pixlr-o-matic
A few weeks ago I recommended Pixlr-o-matic, a photo editor, for iPhone. Well they also have a web-based app that can be downloaded, used on Facebook and as a Chrome Web App. Looking for quick-to-use app that uses nice filters? That’s the one you want!
